Ben Mulholland composes, arranges, performs music; and designs, composes, and codes digital media. 
Ben has developed an artistic voice that blends various mediums and characters to create what he likes to call

 

art.
 

 

As a composer, Ben has written and produced music for solo, chamber, and large ensembles. His music has been praised for its depth, technical part writing, intricate arrangements, and interesting voice. Ben is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) and his compositions and arrangements are available through Sheet Music Plus and Sheet Music Direct.

Ben is also an accomplished arranger, able to take existing pieces of music and transform them into something exciting and worthwhile. His arrangements have been well-received by audiences and performers alike, and have been performed by orchestras (of special note: the Philadelphia Orchestra) and ensembles around the world (of special note: anyone who'd like to play them :).

Ben's skillful arrangements have earned him a reputation as a talented and innovative musician’s arranger.  Aiming to write pieces pleasing both for audiences to experience, and musicians to perform. 

As a performer, and member of AFM Local 77, Ben brings a unique energy and spirit to the stage. Whether playing solo or with a group, he has a great ability for engaging audiences with his performance and fluvial personality.

As a digital media creator, Ben designs, composes, and codes noncommercial pieces for boutique/bespoke environments.  These encompass a wide range of topics and mediums: from classic-style PC adventure games, to functional physical media such as digital music boxes and metronomes.
